Dear all experienced samsters, please advise...
Met up this KTV girl (from Bencoleen) 2 days ago and brought her to hotel for bonk. Started with BJ without condom. Sex is with condom but didn't realized that she wear the condom for me only half-way through, i.e. condom covered from tip of dick-head to middle of my dick shaft. I didn't know until I come. Did not lick her pussy, only fingering her. Don't think I've taste her pussy juice. I'm drunk that night.
For my second round, also started with BJ without condom and followed by condom for sex. this time I ensure condom is fully covering my penis. Got a hard time coming, so asked her to BJ me again. she took out condom and put aside. BJ without condom about 1-2 mins, followed by HJ. After my penis harden again, I wear back the used condom (not from the first fuck) and start to bonk her again for 1-2 mins. Didn't manage to come and gave up altogether.
My status now (it has been 2 days since incident happened)
1. No growth on penis or gentials.
2. No pee pain
3. No other symptoms
My questions:
1. Is it too early for symptoms to show as it only been 2 days?
2. Am I at risk contracting STDs or HIV?
3. As a taker of BJ without condom, high risk of contracting STDs or HIV?
4. By which day, after the sex, can I go to see doctor for blood test to show an accurate results?
5. Shall I go to Dr. Cheok, GP or DSC?
6. Wife want to start family soon. What shall I do? If continue to use condom cannot have babies and also caused suspicious.
7. Anyone know if Bencolleen KTV girls well known for STDs or HIV carrier?
8. Shall I be very worried for contracting anything?
I know i should bonk her in first place, milk already spilled, please advise your advise and remedy...
thanks

What you need to do now is to keep your cool.
wait for about 5 days and then go for STD + HIV blood test. (Most likely the HIV test result will not show anything but it will give you a piece of mind)
After that you could either go for another blood test on HIV in a month time or/and 3 months later.
To be really safe, do blood test HIV on the 6 months after the exposure.
As for the time being, stick with using condom with your wife.
good luck and keep your cool.

Dear all experienced samsters, please advise...
You are at risk of Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Genital Warts, Genital Herpes, Pubic Lice, and Hepatitis B (if you have not been immunised).
Your list of catching HIV is very low. However, to be safe, you should get tested at 3 months and again at 6 months from the date of exposure.
Each STD has it's window period whereby tests will not reveal whether you have been infected. Do a google search to find out more about each STD.
Some STDs such as Genital Warts (caused by the HPV virus) can go undetected for years and there is no simple test that can confirm the presence of absence of the virus. Many men are asympotic.. ie they harbour the virus but show no symptoms whatsoever. However, they are capable of spreading the virus to their sexual partners.
The same goes with Genital Herpes. You could be infected but you may not show any symptoms of the disease. However, that doesn't mean that you cannot transmit the disease to your sexual partners during episodes of asymptotic shedding of the virus. I believe there is now a quick and easy blood test for Herpes. Check with your doctor.
ALL girls that provide commercial sex are potential sources of infection of a whole host of sexual diseases. That's because of the number of sexual partners that they have. If the girl that you had sex with was willing to give a blow job without a condom, it means that she indulges in high risk unprotected oral sex which puts her at risk of a whole spectrum of STDs as well as HIV.
I suggest you go to the DSC clinic as they have loads of experience and can also help answer any further questions you may have.
I suggest you refrain from having sex with your wife until you can be checked and cleared of the bacterial STDs (Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis etc). You'll probably have to wait at least 3 weeks before doing a blood test.
Dealing with viral STDs is a different ball game altogether as getting an accurate diagnosis can be a lot more difficult. Trying to explain things here would be too complicated. The best people to ask are the medical professionals who can council you face to face.

A blood test after 5 days is an absolute waste of time and money.

Some bacterial STDs require a culture to be taken from sores or discharge from the sexual organs. Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are not diagnosed with blood tests.

I had my tests blood + urine test after 7 days of high risk exposure (without CD and ejaculated inside).
The result came out negative. I am waiting for the 3 months mark before going for another test.
It has been a painful and scary process. There is nothing i could do other than keeping cool at this point.
Remember to everyone, RAW IS WAR.

hey sammy, are you saying that Chlamydia and Gonorrhea needs culture from sore or discharge to cultivate? So does that means if one does not have any sore or discharge within 5-14 days, he is free from Chlamydia and Gonorrhea?
Anyway, I've called DSC counsellor for advice earlier. She says if one does not have any ulcer, discharge, pee pain after 5 days of exposure (i.e. sex exposure), it unlikely to contract Gonorrhea.
Yes, she also claimed that's nothing I can do except to take test on 1mth & 3mth from now for HIV.
Maybe, the quickest way to find out is to ask the girl I've sex with!

Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can both be asymptotic (no symptoms) so the absence of any discharge does not mean that you have not been infected. The best course of action is to test for Chlamydia after a couple of weeks even if no symptoms appear.
Anyone who tests positive for Chlamydia is usually treated for both Chlamydia and Gonorrhea as it is simpler to simply assume that the patient could have caught both bugs.
There is NO POINT asking the girl you had sex with about her condition. To start with, she could be symptom free even though she is infected with a host of STDs which may lead her to believe (erroneously of course) that she is absolutely healthy. Secondly, even if she had tested positive for anything, you'd be naive to believe she's going to be truthful about it. Why would she break her own ricebowl disclosing any news that might affect her livelyhood!!

As I have been to DSC recently, I did request for a test on Herpes among others, even though I have no sores or blister to begin with. The doctor ok it and says a blood test will tell, so I guess DSC now has the test avaliable to test for Herpes and not till there is visible symptoms.
Read up on the DSC site. They will give you a host of STD incubation period. And yes, no unprotected sex with your wife until you are clear. Be safe rather than sorry. That's what I am going through now. I have negative NGU , HIV(1st month mark) and Gornorrea result, so awaiting result for Syphills and Herpes...just relax and go for the test when the time is right.

I always wonder why married men indulge in commercial sex and then end up in a state of panic at the possibility that they may have caught something nasty that could be passed on to their wives.
Surely the thought of catching yucky STDs must have crossed your mind BEFORE you stuck your dick in a commercial pussy. :D

1. Is it too early for symptoms to show as it only been 2 days?
Ans: After 2 days, a little too early to take the tests. Wait for about 2 weeks
2. Am I at risk contracting STDs or HIV?
From the BBJ, low risk for HIV, but other STDs high risk
3. As a taker of BJ without condom, high risk of contracting STDs or HIV?
See above
4. By which day, after the sex, can I go to see doctor for blood test to show an accurate results?
Different STDs have different window periods
5. Shall I go to Dr. Cheok, GP or DSC?
Depends on your preference. However, some tests are only offered at DSC
6. Wife want to start family soon. What shall I do? If continue to use condom cannot have babies and also caused suspicious.
Try to practice safe sex till cleared

Start a family? Better put on hold until u r cleared of anything which may pop up in your adventure. Family planning for now until results show u r alright.
Are u aware of the new legislation. The new legislation has been changed to protect the spouse making it compulsory for HIV positive status of the husband to be made known. No longer can u hide the truth from your wife. Well u can still do so if u go to AFA for test.
If everything goes well, and u r alright. U can go ahead with your childbearing plan. Please be informed that your "pregnant" wife will have to go for blood test to ensure that she and your baby are alright and free of HIV virus so that both of u can decide whether or not to go ahead with the delivery or terminate it.
Alcohol will crowd your brain making u susceptible to foolish decision like doing it raw and bbj. So next time leave the bottle behind if u intend to copulate or have sex with someone. If u love your wife, play it safe at all time. SAFER SEX MEANS NO BBJ AND CDFJ AT ALL TIME

thanks all for your comments.
sammy, who the fuck are you to lecture me. you can comment but please dun act like macham u goody 2 shoes.
I will fucking lecture you for two reasons :
1) You signed up to be a member of this forum which means you have to put up with lecturing from the host.
2) You did not acquaint yourself with sufficient knowledge regarding the inherent risks of commercial sex BEFORE embarking on your naughty little escapade. You started looking for answers only after your encounter with a broad.
I am no goody two shoes and I pass no judgement regarding what people do with their lives and the moral standards they adopt. However, I just cannnot understand why people do dumb things without first doing a bit of research regarding what they could be in for.
Before you set off on a holiday, you'll check out the weather/climate at your intended destination and you'll pack the appropriate clothing to suit the conditions.
Commercial sex is no different. By all means enjoy yourself to the max but always remember to arm yourself with sufficient knowledge of the risks and decide beforehand whether you are equipped to handle the situation should things not go as planned.

I support what Sammy said. This website is so informative that it keeps us updated and that's serves its purpose.
The decision to engage in commerical sex is purely up to us. You weigh the risk, you take the precaution and you decide if you want to do it. Nobody, including the WL wants to be infected with anything nasty and so do we. We are always tempted, there's no 2 way about it, even if you are married. But you have the power to decide.
Feeling guilt and remorse is normal. What's done is done. A moment of temptation, a moment of pleasure in exchange for a period of guilt, worries and remorse.
That's why whenever I am tempted now, I will always ask myself, do I want to go through the whole cycle again...worrying what if and waiting for the test result. As what the Afa ad says, you kenna it and you are finished! No 2nd chance. Virus knows no stranger and they have no mercy.
So remember, you always have the privileage to make the decision. It is God's gift to you and that's what differenties us from the animals.

I think the poor soul has a hard time explaining avoidance of sex to his wife.
Well I do not know whether the bro is a romantic person or not. Well maybe he can pretend to be one during this period and tell his wife he wants to spice up their sex life by trying special CDs which are available in many design. He can go to those CD shop in Lucky Plaza along Orchard.
Durex has a special condom which is packed in an orange coloured box. The CD is special in that the outer covering is packed with many small blisters which makes your didi looks like a mini-vibrator. It is supposed to enhance the orgasm of the female partner. What is even better is that the CD is coated with a substance which makes your didi horny :D and steamy, very erotic and passionate feeling.

Alright, let me clear my views.
It’s has nothing to do with accepting negative remarks. What I don't appreciate is when someone asks for help, negative remarks thrown back for not finding out more information, dangers, etc. Yes, this website is good informative especially for sex matters and that is why I’m here to seek advice from experienced cheongster. I wouldn’t post such query in sgforum knowing that I’ll receive negative remarks such as “Deserve it! Knowing what will happen today, why would you want to do it then (Chinese proverbs)”, “You should know better, rot and die!” etc…
Not being a regular cheongster, it didn’t cross my mind to read up on Stds or to plan and get ready for sex action. It’s just like, you don’t read up on certain things until you are getting more involved in it. I do not expect to have such fling as well, but things just happened. Do you expect me say to the girl, “Okay, I’ll like to have sex with you but I need find out more about STDs and HIV first, can we arrange for sex another time after I’ve know everything about sex diseases”? Common, some drunken horny guy would just simply drop their pants and fuck on the spot in KTV room without CD. Well, I’m pleased that even at drunken stage, I still insisted on CD for sex.
I’m here to seek advice and not receive negative remarks. It’s not like I’ve posted a FR or commenting on some issues for everyone to comment, ok for those negative remarks is inevitable. It’s even more disappointing that Sammy throws such negative remarks and at the same time promoting sex in another way. Double standard if you know what I mean. Sammy, nothing against you, you have created a good website but I think you should be more sensitive and respectful to people posting.
Well, I’ve learnt my lessons well and most importantly thanks to all blokes who shared their experiences.
Lastly, let’s rest at this stage and stop commenting other than topics regarding this post subject matter.

The bacterial STDs are easy to deal with. They can be easily detected and cured with antibiotics.
The problem STDs are the viral ones... eg Herpes and Genital Warts.
The Herpes virus may cause regular outbreaks in some people but no symptoms whatsoever in others.
The wart virus is the same. Some end up with cauliflower growths all over their genitals while others show no signs of infection whatsoever or develop sub clinical symptoms which are not noticeable at all.
Herpes and Genital warts are the fastest spreading STDs around at the moment. In fact, chances are at least 40 to 50% of all working ladies are infected with Herpes even though they show no symptoms. Whether they pass it on depends upon whether they were in the asymptotic shedding phase when sexual contact occured.
Check with your doctor regarding how to deal with the possibility of viral infections.

What is means is this.. that life is full of risks. Every time we step out of the door, there is risk of being murdered, run over, falling into a drain, blown up by a terrorist bomb, crashing into a lamp post or tree etc.
Lots of deaths and injuries occur at home too.. from slipping in the shower, being scalded by hot oil in the kitchen or electrocuted by your own TV set.
Air travel is by no means 100% safe but very few are too scared to get on a plane just because of the risk that the plane may fall out of the sky or crash land in dense jungle.
Then there's dengue fever, bird flu, SARS and a host of other nasty bugs that can kill you before you know it.
Why do we still bother living?... the answer is because life is enjoyable... going out is fun.... driving is convenient, planes take us to exciting foreign destinations thousands of miles away. We do things because they give us pleasure inspite of the inherent risks involved.
We live life to the fullest and take the risks in our stride while doing our best to minimise the risks... like crossing at traffic lights or pedestrian crossings and using an insect repellent to keep the mozzies at bay. It's by no means fullproof.. we know the measures don't protect us 100% but we weigh the pros and cons and decide life cannot be spent cowering in fear from all the possible dangers that surround us.
Sex is no different. There are risks but it's also very enjoyable. We weigh the pros and cons and most know that there is nothing that protects us 100% from STDs short of complete abstinence. (even then there are other ways of catching HIV besides sex.. eg - blood transfusion) We therefore take the necessary precautions and go about enjoying sex to the fullest.
Each of us have different formulas when it comes to weighing risks. There is no absolute measure. Risk is relative. Married men who want to start a family should be more risk averse than a young bachelor who is unattached.
A 75 year old widowed man can probably afford to take the most risks as he's lived most of his life and he doesn't have to worry too much about the future. Even if he caught HIV, there are drugs available that would keep him going till something else went wrong... eg. cancer or a heart attack.
Nobody has to live the life of a monk. Just be aware of the pitfalls and make an informed decision whether the risk is worth taking relative to your unique set of circumstances.
Really scary...all this STDs...so what does it mean for us?

Cheong KTV I still will(for the company, for the drinks but the most only HJ and no deep French kissing). Go to HC massage I will but only protected BJ...and only if the gal is damn solid.
So end of the day, my savings will go up and I can spend on something else. Sex is enjoyable but so are many other things in life...I won't want to die of STD...it is the lowest way to go...

Hello
I think everyone should understand the inherent risks of commercial sex, whether it's a girl from a KTV lounge, health centre, Geylang or a freelance prostitute. The fact that these individuals engage in casual sex puts them and therefore you, at risk for a variety of STDs including HIV.
So, if you engage in such activities, the best you can do is to wear a condom for all sexual acts. But, remember, you may minimise the risks, but you will not eliminate them altogether.
And please, if you have casual sex, DON'T go home and unknowingly infect your wives with the host of STDs you might be carrying. It's unfair to her and in my view, almost criminal. :(
Be safe, always.

Brother,
The disease is one thing, but in my mind, it is merely the start of your problems.
There is an issue of trust which may be destroyed between your wife and yourself.
Pray that you can find a reason to explain what has happened. Or else, the rebuilding process can, and will probably take a long time.
In the meantime, think about how you can repair the situation man. Apologies may not work out so well. Your actions will have to prove that you are truly sorry.

Curing the STD is one thing but your wife sure to ask you a lot of questions...so you should give some deep thoughts to it...come clean, ask for forgiveness and console her will be the best option but be prepared if she don't accept and ask for divorce...some woman can just freak out.
Suggest while both you and your wife are at DSC, see the social worker for counselling...

wife came out from doc rm, and will wait to go for test,
me than go into same doc room, young lady doc asked, lady earlier your wife
said yes, then ask questions and said info are all confidential even to wife so not to worry just tell everything, where i had sex etc, me ask her if this std can only be spread thru sex, she said yes
wife tests show positive, collect medication mostly anti biotics.
me test in afternoon, negative ? no std!
so must be the medication from Dr Cheok, whom i see last week.
hope all cheongster to take care when cheonging, the best is practise safe sex

That means the medication Dr Cheok gives has cured you of the STD infection. Be good to your wife, she needs your comfort now. Its up to you to come clean with her.
For the bro who posted why married man still fool ard, I can only say all man fools ard, married or not. It is to what extend we fool ard. For me, the most is protected BJ and no FJ. But we still take care of family and not so fool hardy as to throw all our moeny away or neglect our wife and family. You try working overseas and being all lonely, you will feel the need but the main thing is you must know where to draw the line.

hey, this is incorrect. STD can be transmitted via oral sex as well. Though the giver has a higher chance but it didn't rule out the taker will not contract STD.
Anyway, did you BJ with cap or without? Also, I presume you didn't do it raw for FJ?
As for my update, next weekend shall go for check-up on STD. Till today, there's no symptoms, i.e. pee pain, discharge, loose stoll, etc... still keeping my fingers crossed. This will be the first and last time I cheong. Really got to think about other half.
JJjumper, good luck and hope you and your wifey patch up and hope you learn your lesson. (pls dun get me wrong, I'm not here to alsm you. I also went astray once!)
Any comments on my situation are welcome...

"Dude, the only gals this age that will do raw are the HIVees ...we call them the HIVees....they purposely going round doin raw to victims. I think you have been infected . there are unreported cased of such infection. Better prepare how to face your entire family and friends."
And he has a -13 reputation points.
Sign, I wonder if he really kenna HIV? thus, giving all the pessimistic remarks. To prove Huluman wrong with my confidence riding high spirits, I shall update you my negative results in 2 weeks from now.

so far have been keeping mum about my cheonging and also never admitted to anything. but i think there is some level of suspicion.
have not done raw with WLs, except bj. of course with Gf, always do raw except during fertile period. Gfs can be confirmed as cleaned, but 1 have also been infected few weeks back, i guess by me.
but gf never suspect anything as she gone to gynee and have been given by gynee tablets to insert into her hole for treatment. though have not been tested if cleared or not, now problem is how to do raw again as if not clear would resurface, if dont do raw again would also arouse suspicion from gf. dont kn ow how to conclude. any suggestion?

Bro, is your BJ with cap? Btw, what type of STD did your wife get?? For you, I feel you should go DSC for a full check and test.
I know Dr Cheok well as I am his regular. He is no doubt a very experienced doctor. He only does physical check and will based on your narration of event to give you medication and a jab(penicillin). He don't usually ordered a blood test...so maybe, just maybe, he could have let slip some STD...

Be ready to accept when u wan to try something. If u feel unsafe, do your checkup regularly. If u try something, be acceptance and responsible.
If u feel unsafe in this world.... go lock up in your closet and live a life u will never experience and u might not live a again to do things in this life.

first thing that we r all worry when in contact with std is our wife, i absolutely agree and no doubt. but gfs who are willing to raw with u deserve due respect and caring. gals sacrify sex for love, while we sacrify love for sex. gf hav trusted you and u did not plan how to reveal your std findings and fix her while leaving her to go gynae with wrong diagnosis. while not showing concern, you are instead thinking of how next to fuck her so as not to be infected by her. sad! i hav these gfs b4, and i can say, some of them r willing to sacrifies anything in return for ur attention.

I always wonder why married men indulge in commercial sex and then end up in a state of panic at the possibility that they may have caught something nasty that could be passed on to their wives.
Surely the thought of catching yucky STDs must have crossed your mind BEFORE you stuck your dick in a commercial pussy. :D
DUN YOU ??

I will fucking lecture you for two reasons :
Commercial sex is no different. By all means enjoy yourself to the max but always remember to arm yourself with sufficient knowledge of the risks and decide beforehand whether you are equipped to handle the situation should things not go as planned.
SO WHY DUN YOU CLOSE DOWN THEN

I don't indulge in commercial sex. I am in a committed relationship and I decided that the risk is too great.

Boss, I respect you. You made the wise choice and aware of the risk.
Allow me to comment on this forum generally. I hope you take it well as it is not ill intended. I agree this forum is informative but 90% of it is devoted on sexploits and which gal is fantastic and so on...worst, your sexual health thread is right at the bottom...maybe it should be higher up or post something like...read this first before you venture...
for us older chaps, we can make informed decision but for those just realise their manhood, they will find this forum a hunting ground and ogle at all the pcitures. If they can control, fine but if they can't, they may commit some sex crime or get STD and go on infecting other guai guai gals.

Threads about the dangers of STDs used to appear on a regular basis in the other sections but they were not very well received.
Those who posted the messages usually ended up getting flamed for "spoiling the mood" or "trying to scare people".
I therefore introduced the Sexual Health issues section specifically for discussions and questions regarding STDs and the like.
Placing this section at the top is not going to make any difference. The most popular section is not the Geylang or Petain sections at the top. It's the HC and KTV section further down the list that attracts the most viewers.
People go to the section that interests them and people come to sammyboy.com for information regarding commercial sex....not STDs.
There are loads of other sites that specialise in providing info on HIV/STDs. Those who are interested in the dangers of STDS will do a search and end up at the appropriate site.
Sam's forum cannot be everything to everyone. However, it would be irresponsible for me to pretend that commercial sex carries no dangers. That's why I introduced a sexual health section for samsters to ask specific questions in the singapore context.

Hi bro, of cose its counted as Sex as if not how come got this term called Oral Sex? Oral + Sex = Oral Sex.
Oral Sex does pose some risks in transmitting diseases. Hence better to have protected oral sex.
Yah true...we muz relli weigh the pros and cons of cheonging whether worth it anot. For bros who are married, maybe they have their own reasons for continuing to cheong...For singles like me n others, maybe mus practise control... Been cheonging on and off, wanting to quit...But everytime rtf at GL. After bonking come here read the Sexual Health issues makes me guilty...
Hopefully can quit once and for all...
I know i may seem like +++ing cock, and i am no angel...but the thought of this does have a tremendous effect on my family life, though im single. Quite confused... and affected..

oral sex can be classified a sexual act in which one's mouth is used on another's genitals....usually a stimulant [foreplay] sometime a afterplay....
and whether oral sex is legal under sg law..
http://www.lawgazette.com.sg/2004-9/Sep04-feature2.htm
Fellatio/oral sex
There appears to be a linguistic struggle to include fellatio within the scope of s 377. The law was clarified in two cases. In the Singapore High Court case of PP v Tan Kuan Meng,41 Justice Lai, after citing Indian cases,42 held that fellatio ‘between a man and a woman as a lustful substitute for and not a prelude to and enhancement for natural sex between them is carnal intercourse against the order of nature’. The Singapore Court of Appeal affirmed this decision in PP v Kwan Kwong Weng,43 holding that ‘when couples engaged in consensual sexual intercourse willingly indulge in fellatio and cunnilingus as a stimulant [foreplay]44 to their respective sexual urges, neither act can be considered to be against the order of nature. In every other instance the act ... will be ... punishable’.
basically in layman term... it says...
if No sexual intercourse after oral sex.. then it is against the law..can be classified under unnatural sex......
if got sexual intercourse after oral/fellatio sex then it might not be against the law.

went for test results today at dsc. all negative except for syphilis. but funny thing was that the doctor is not sure himself as he consider my case might be a "false positive".
for the benefit of others, in syphilis tests, there are 2 test done using your blood. 1st is basic and second test is confirmatory.
my case was basic test showed low positive and confirmatory showed negative. this test results was due 3 weeks ago but i didn't see the doctor till today (due to business committment). thus the doctor wants me to test again today. doctor said it could be i have a slight flu or other non-std infections that caused the basic test to be positive, thus it is considers as "false positive". if today test results showed same as the last one then i'm cleared from syphilis. argh.. another 1 week of agony and anticipation of test results.
my condition now is perfectly normal. no pee pain, no smelly or yellow discharge, no growth or cold sore on gential area. nothing! but still cannot be complacent until final test results out in 1 week time. really praying hard and hope for the best.
just wondering any bros here experience similar test results as mine? really hope that everything turn out ok for me...

Bro, care to share your encounter? Was it protected? Normally for syphilis, there should not be a false positive...either it is positive or is negative...how long after your encounter did you take the test? Did you go for the HSV Type 1, Type 2 test(herpes)?
The greatest fear is HSV Type 1 and 2 and of course HIV. The rest are treatable.

DSC is the place to do full sexual screening test. For HIV, for any reason, you may try Afa as no name is required. As the DSC advice, all test should be done 3 months after encounter to be 100% sure. Most of us goes for the followings:
a. Syphilis
b. HIV
c. Herpes(HSV Type 1, 2)
d. NGU
For the rest of the STDs, if no symptoms appears(meaning no yellowish or whitish discharge, no pain or irritation on urination, no unusal growth on genital areas), that means you are not infected. You can access DSC website at www.dsc-sexualhealth.com.sg

You went to the right place..DSC. They are the specialist clinic for STDs. The reason that they do not provide blood test for the rest of the STDs is because blood tests are not reliable for stds such as chlaymia and NGU. They usually do a culture test for these stds.
