First time patronising Matthias.

DISAPPOINTING GAL, AN EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTING OKT.

Just returned from a disappointing session with $$$$$... actually, I do not want to post FR to destroy the gals' reputation and her future sales. however, after some talk with $$$$$, I found out alot of mis-treatment to the gal. This is not a FR about the gal,but more for this okt.

My FR for the gal, I will keep it short:
INEXPERIENCED. BBBJ short, Bath is stand-up comedy, FJ so-so.

My FR for the OKT, I feel the importance to point it out!
After my terrible FJ with $$$$$, I decided to just TCSS, instead of forcing myself. (leave my bullets to elsewhere, to bonk someone else from better more reliable OKTs). I found out alot of disappointing things.

1) Gal claimed, first session of the day, she don't earn a single cent. (okt tell her, pay something else) WHY?

2) For every subsequent session, its a 50% commission. If $130, she gets $65, if $100, she gets $50.

3) Price dropped to $100, hotel changed to a lousier hotel. Gals' promised cuts dropped. WHY?

4) No TOWELS were provided! $$$$$ have to buy her own towels?! at her own expenses?!? WHY?

5) $$$$$ voiced to me, she want to return back home. However, boss keep her air-ticket, claiming she is here to stay for 14 days to work for him,whether she like it ornot, and is not allowed to go back! WHY???

For those who know me, I am not someone who write long FRs.
This experience has left an unpleasant taste in my mind.
His profit-minded ways, but not thinking & taking care of the gal
With all respects to all other OKTs, I have total disregard for this okt and his business employments tactics.

Matthias may have his fair share of supporters
ZAPPED me if you want.
However, This will be my last from him. :mad:

Just my 2 cents , if whatever genesis say is right , i believe thats a really bad OKT.

Lets put aside the "profit" discussion , i would suggest that if whichever girl wants to return back home , its best to just let her go. A poor 'salesgirl' will only bring downfall to the company etc.

So why not save your reputation and just treat her as a 'loss' .
Clinging on might not be a wise choice.

different okts have different "agreements" with the girls...

some okts take like first 20 (or more) customers FULL ... so the girls dun earn a single cent, den after the first 20, okt will drop price, den de girls take like either 50% or $75/= each customer...

others okts more clear, take 50% straight from the first customer to the last, and still others only take $30 per customer...

These were wat different girls told me during my adventures with them... though usually I take it with a pinch of salt... afterall, IF they din like working in SG... why come back?

During my tcss with them, many said they will not come back anymore coz their bosses mistreat them and they prefer to work in thai ... den a few months down the road, I see their pics up in the respective okt's yahoo grp again..

so guys ... i think.. juz take it with a pinch of salt, and if u want to, give them more tips lor.... :p

Totally agree, normally whatever the gals blabber to me , I just take it with a pinch of salt. Again no disrespect , but I only digest 30% of what FLs or Wls tell me. Some Fls might be abit - "Reung Mak" - for those who understand Thai. In hokkien we call it "Si bay Jiu Tai Che" ;)

I am not challenging this thread. I sympatise with TS on that disappointing encounter.

If I am in TS shoe,
Do I believe her words? No
Do I believe OKT words? No.

I prefer to put it simple and believe that I had a bad bonk and no more next time.

No matter how good or bad the girls are treated, its thier choice to live with it, or untill another avenue comes along.

Dun worry for them, really..
All the way here alone from a distant land... It does take some guts to start with.

I will not say anything about how Bro Matt managed his stable, this is afterall his own arrangement with $$$$$. But I would just like to plead with Bro Matt on a couple of things...

1) Can you at least allow $$$$$ to have a proper lunch break? How can you bear to let a SYT like her go hungry without food? She is afterall human...as my boss would say...a well fed worker would be one that will produce results at least on average, but a hungry worker will definitely rebel one day. :D

2) I understand that you are trying to cut cost by shifting to cheaper hotels. But this hotel that she is staying in is very much a joke. How to shower without enough clean towels and no soap? If it is so that you arranged with $$$$$ to provide her own towels, then at least get someone to pick it up for laundry on a daily basis. :)

3) I know business is good, but the poor girl needs to have a break inbetween customers. At least give her sometime to clean up the room herself since housekeeping is not so reliable there. She also needs time to doll herself up for the next customer. It is afterall customer service that we are looking for here, we can go to CAT 40 if we are looking for wham bang good bye mdm. If $100 is too low to have that kind of services, then I personally think $120 is fine. Hope my suggestion would be helpful.

Frankly, I used to be a runner for my friend who is also an OKT dealing with PRCs, doing simple things like helping with arranging accomodation, food and sometimes handling the money. He stopped a couple of years back after he got married. He did teach me a couple of things about the business and I hope my feedback to you is helpful.

Wah...all along the time i thought the girls would be getting $80 per session at least even if they are marketed at $100, if marketed at $160 then they get $100 lo..thats the case i had been thinking off la. cut-off point at the 70-80% region. but if the cut is 50/50. i kinda find it unreasonable since only 1 party is doing the work ma. i am not an econ grad but the fair share which i felt okts should get is 25% the moooooost! covering all the charges for the girl lodging & air-tix. i am sure there is plenty left for the installments on your 350z or SL55. :rolleyes:

i've heard my fair share of "boss testimonials", ie; not enough biz for the girls to cover their loses from the 'tax' imposed on them from their lovely okt, some even go home empty handed while the okt pockets are full. lets not discuss how an okt should managed his stable with enough ethics ba, to each his own ma... but bottomline, mentioning the girls name whist questioning the 'organizers' ethics isnt really a wise choice lo. the girl might getting some ass whopping just becos she opened herself up to you.

I don't think above is the case, being a chiongster long enough , I know it does not work that way for other okts, There is a certain 'market rate' for the gals cut.It does not mean the higher the rate the more the gals cut is. I know that any disc or promo the okt will absord the cut on his end. Just ask around when u chiong, Many should be aware I guess.

And sorry, for your Second part, I guess you should keep those" hear say' in the drawer.Sorry abit blunt, like the chinese say " shit can anyhow eat ,words cannot anyhow say"

yea agreed.. what you see and hear might not be true unless u're there to judge it urself , who knows that $$$$$ might not be what she said to be.. but i do pity her the plight she's in .. :( if its within my means i wouldnt mind to book her out just to take her for lunch/dinner instead of bonking as I felt any humans would deserve the slightest respect.

There r quite a lot of OKT operating in SBF.My opinion to u all.....pls treat yr girls fairly.If u dun hv a good working relationship wif yr girls.....they will b unhappy......and who suffers??? WE .... the customers.....bcause they will provide us sub standard performance.:(
On the flipside of the coin......i hv notice quite a few girls coming back for a 2nd tour of duty wif the same OKT......so i guess they are happy wif their bosses??:rolleyes:

Dear Bros Genesis, Tks for the FR albeit it is a negative one. Your words hurt me deeply. I felt that there is a better remedy to this situation than this. I am willing to offer you a FREE RTF. I apologise for your poor session with $$$$$. Perhaps you were looking for an experienced FL. However all the girls I bring in are new to the trade. As to the commission strucure, I wouldn't discuss in the open much as it is P&C. However to add, please understand that there are various costs involved even before the girls comes to Singapore like airfare and passport-making which runs into the hundreds. In SG, runners need to be provided too. Other schemes include doing 60 number of customers free at a go. However, this is really painful if the girls decides to go back early. Therefore, I will like to conclude that my scheme is already very reasonable and the girl definitely earns much more than me as I cover all costs.

As for towels, I pay for them but they run out fast and $$$$$ speaks limited English hence the barrier to communicate to the hotel. I am aware of this problem and am liasing with housekeeping to supply me direct however they are only available during noon. Sorry about this.

I never keep the air tickets or passports of my girls. $$$$$ lost her air-ticket after check-in in Thailand. I am currently in the processing of printing it for her as I also want to change the dates on her air-ticket so she can go back early for Songkran. If you do a check on my other girls, they all go back before 14 days because they are not used to it here or have other commitments, Jessie, Jessica, Katie, Nicole, Christine. And to add, Elle came under me twice. I let them go back early because they want to and I have no objections. This is testimonial to my actions and hence why the commission structure benefits them.

Bro Genesis, May I ask politely how fluent are you in Thai? $$$$$ doesnt speak much standard Thai, she speaks Northen Thai. Unless you can communicate really well with her, (which she would have told me but she didnt mention a thing) I guess it is a case of miscommunication. It is Thai culture to nod their head and smile even though they dont understand a word you are talking about as it is considered polite.

dont listen so much to WL or FL, becos whatever their problems, there's nothing you should do to help unless you have motives. becos they are prostitutes, people who make easy money.

and okt is illegal business, dont expect the okt to be like the regular employer of the week or just make 10% or 20% profit margin per fuck.

you wanna tell the okt how to treat his girls better? what if the okt come crying to you and tell you his girls are fucking behind his back and cutting off his commission? :D

You will be surprise that some girls even take less than 50% of the deal, maybe a flat $50 per deal, even when they are market at $150-170 per slot. The profits will be split to the runners, referrers, amenities, of cox the big boss, thats usually the case.

But in my opinion, we (the client) shouldnt interfere the deals between the OKTs and the girls, IT'S BETWEEN THEM, not us. If the girls felt they are mistreated, then they wont go back to the same OKT in the future, thats their problems.

We have to know this, in a scenario of:
1) even with less than 50% cut
2) 2 weeks, 7 customers a day

For a full-time pros, they'll be earning more than 3-4 months of their pay in Bangkok if they work here for 2 weeks.

For a part-timers, it will be more than 6-8 months of their pay in Bangkok if they work here for 2 weeks.

SO, if you really want to help these ladies, tip them well, let them enjoy your session with her, i know i will, hahahah :D

Just to share my experience, I had a session with a girl today. I shall not mention names.
