Disappointing Okt

First time patronising Matthias.

DISAPPOINTING GAL, AN EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTING OKT.

Just returned from a disappointing session with $$$$$... actually, I do not want to post FR to destroy the gals' reputation and her future sales. however, after some talk with $$$$$, I found out alot of mis-treatment to the gal. This is not a FR about the gal,but more for this okt.

My FR for the gal, I will keep it short:
INEXPERIENCED. BBBJ short, Bath is stand-up comedy, FJ so-so.

My FR for the OKT, I feel the importance to point it out!
After my terrible FJ with $$$$$, I decided to just TCSS, instead of forcing myself. (leave my bullets to elsewhere, to bonk someone else from better more reliable OKTs). I found out alot of disappointing things.

1) Gal claimed, first session of the day, she don't earn a single cent. (okt tell her, pay something else) WHY?

2) For every subsequent session, its a 50% commission. If $130, she gets $65, if $100, she gets $50.

3) Price dropped to $100, hotel changed to a lousier hotel. Gals' promised cuts dropped. WHY?

4) No TOWELS were provided! $$$$$ have to buy her own towels?! at her own expenses?!? WHY?

5) $$$$$ voiced to me, she want to return back home. However, boss keep her air-ticket, claiming she is here to stay for 14 days to work for him,whether she like it ornot, and is not allowed to go back! WHY???


For those who know me, I am not someone who write long FRs.
This experience has left an unpleasant taste in my mind.
His profit-minded ways, but not thinking & taking care of the gal
With all respects to all other OKTs, I have total disregard for this okt and his business employments tactics.

Just my 2 cents , if whatever genesis say is right , i believe thats a really bad OKT.

Lets put aside the "profit" discussion , i would suggest that if whichever girl wants to return back home , its best to just let her go. A poor 'salesgirl' will only bring downfall to the company etc.

So why not save your reputation and just treat her as a 'loss' .
Clinging on might not be a wise choice.

different okts have different "agreements" with the girls...

some okts take like first 20 (or more) customers FULL ... so the girls dun earn a single cent, den after the first 20, okt will drop price, den de girls take like either 50% or $75/= each customer...

others okts more clear, take 50% straight from the first customer to the last, and still others only take $30 per customer...

These were wat different girls told me during my adventures with them... though usually I take it with a pinch of salt... afterall, IF they din like working in SG... why come back?

During my tcss with them, many said they will not come back anymore coz their bosses mistreat them and they prefer to work in thai ... den a few months down the road, I see their pics up in the respective okt's yahoo grp again..

so guys ... i think.. juz take it with a pinch of salt, and if u want to, give them more tips lor....

not to discredit what the girl said..but let's at least give the OKT in question, an opportunity to explain, and that is still up to his discretion - no assurance he would (in actual fact, he doesn't need to justify to us his actions).

Totally agree, normally whatever the gals blabber to me , I just take it with a pinch of salt. Again no disrespect , but I only digest 30% of what FLs or Wls tell me. Some Fls might be abit - "Reung Mak" - for those who understand Thai. In hokkien we call it "Si bay Jiu Tai Che"

My very first thoughts to this scenerio ( I might be very wrong thou) she might be trying to gain sympathy, but I might be wrong.


Unlike the OKT BIG leo case ( Correct me if I am wrong), I belief long time chiongster Mathias will reply. Like what Bro JWNY has said, "he doesn't need to justify to us his actions" or the way he manages his stable.

I am not challenging this thread. I sympatise with TS on that disappointing encounter.

If I am in TS shoe,
Do I believe her words? No
Do I believe OKT words? No.

I prefer to put it simple and believe that I had a bad bonk and no more next time.

No matter how good or bad the girls are treated, its thier choice to live with it, or untill another avenue comes along.

Dun worry for them, really..
All the way here alone from a distant land... It does take some guts to start with.

unless guy meets gals, truely in love and wanted to bring her out of this misery. That's another story altogether.

But bro I hope you think twice before posting something like that again. I'll take it with a pinch of salt but what do you think the relationship between $$$$$ and Bro matt now? I dun generally think you are helping $$$$$ here. Maybe you should have feedback to others in private?

I will not say anything about how Bro Matt managed his stable, this is afterall his own arrangement with $$$$$. But I would just like to plead with Bro Matt on a couple of things...

1) Can you at least allow $$$$$ to have a proper lunch break? How can you bear to let a SYT like her go hungry without food? She is afterall human...as my boss would say...a well fed worker would be one that will produce results at least on average, but a hungry worker will definitely rebel one day.

2) I understand that you are trying to cut cost by shifting to cheaper hotels. But this hotel that she is staying in is very much a joke. How to shower without enough clean towels and no soap? If it is so that you arranged with $$$$$ to provide her own towels, then at least get someone to pick it up for laundry on a daily basis.

3) I know business is good, but the poor girl needs to have a break inbetween customers. At least give her sometime to clean up the room herself since housekeeping is not so reliable there. She also needs time to doll herself up for the next customer. It is afterall customer service that we are looking for here, we can go to CAT 40 if we are looking for wham bang good bye mdm. If $100 is too low to have that kind of services, then I personally think $120 is fine. Hope my suggestion would be helpful.

Frankly, I used to be a runner for my friend who is also an OKT dealing with PRCs, doing simple things like helping with arranging accomodation, food and sometimes handling the money. He stopped a couple of years back after he got married. He did teach me a couple of things about the business and I hope my feedback to you is helpful.

Wah...all along the time i thought the girls would be getting $80 per session at least even if they are marketed at $100, if marketed at $160 then they get $100 lo..thats the case i had been thinking off la. cut-off point at the 70-80% region. but if the cut is 50/50. i kinda find it unreasonable since only 1 party is doing the work ma. i am not an econ grad but the fair share which i felt okts should get is 25% the moooooost! covering all the charges for the girl lodging & air-tix. i am sure there is plenty left for the installments on your 350z or SL55.

some come back maybe becos the okt over at thai even more worse? some come back becos they hope they can land a sg hubby? some sent over here by their thai okt whom promised them $ when they return after working here but actually using them to carry drugs/counterfeit $ and nuclear warheads?

i've heard my fair share of "boss testimonials", ie; not enough biz for the girls to cover their loses from the 'tax' imposed on them from their lovely okt, some even go home empty handed while the okt pockets are full. lets not discuss how an okt should managed his stable with enough ethics ba, to each his own ma... but bottomline, mentioning the girls name whist questioning the 'organizers' ethics isnt really a wise choice lo. the girl might getting some ass whopping just becos she opened herself up to you.

I don't think above is the case, being a chiongster long enough , I know it does not work that way for other okts, There is a certain 'market rate' for the gals cut.It does not mean the higher the rate the more the gals cut is. I know that any disc or promo the okt will absord the cut on his end. Just ask around when u chiong, Many should be aware I guess.

And sorry, for your Second part, I guess you should keep those" hear say' in the drawer.Sorry abit blunt, like the chinese say " shit can anyhow eat ,words cannot anyhow say"
