In Singapore, these types of services are classified under VAS - Value Added Services. In other words, have to pay. Your phone probably have options to turn it off but it will also say it's Network Dependant. In other words, PAY!

No other way about it here.

Agree lor. What has private number got to do with sex discussion?

Same reason as why some uses a aeroplane sim card. May not want FLs knowing their number so that won't get nuisance calls.

Yup, and after you had done so, make sure not to send any SMS to those that you don't want them to know your phone number.
