Anyway, in my vocab, there are distinct differences between gf, lover and fb ...

GF: The person that I am dating and hope to be my lover. Most of the time, there's no sex involved, yet ... :p

Lover: The person that I am dating and emotionally involved with. Very big possibility to make to the next stage which is marriage or at least a long-term relationship ...

Fuck buddy: For purely sexual reasons. For some reasons on either side, it could be either one of us is attached, or due to some personality issues that makes it difficult to be GF or Lover, we would have to stay on as fuck buddies. Basically, enjoys sex with each other with no other strings attached.

For most guys, I think it is easier to differentiate between sex and love. For women, I haven't really know any that managed to do that yet.

Most of the fb stories or experience I read in sbf involves older women. I guess older women are more matured and comfortable with their current lifestyles therefore they are no longer looking for a long-term relationship but maybe need a few good sex sessions every now and then to fulfill their desires.

most men can detatch sex with feelings...we dont need to have any feelings for the person we have sex with..

most females cannot....they must have feelings for the guy before they are willing to have sex..prostitutes and WLs not included..

men will usually only have 1 lover/gf..high cost to upkeep..

ok more..things was lusty in the beginning... then he pull back bcoz he do not want to continue..as this is wrong... but struggle with his emotions as see me cannot tahan ...heee...i was also struggling ...but i knoe i want him n in fact the more he resist the more i "like" him...after a year.. he give in to his emotions and we are tog... the thing is i was wondering whether it is possible to have each other as confidant...even try to help each other marriage by giving our views as opp sex n let each other understand our partners more..

Well, TS. I've been there and now out of my 3rd FLING (with EMOTION).
Trust me, dun go deep into anything EMOTIONAL, its very hurting for both
parties and may turn sour, not even friendship after that.

My suggestion is, remain as FRIEND. But those type that you feel comfy
to be with, happy to be with emotionally. No expectation, no demands.
If comfy on sex, just do it without regrets. I'm sure you will be able to last
long with such agreement on both parties.

I'm having that sort of Relationship now with my Fourth Fling, its better this

If you cant define the roles from an emotional friend to a fuck buddy...best is to distance yourself from him.

Fuck buddy should have feelings...but once that feeling goes beyond just wanting him physically, then its time to stop.
