Having tried priligy and desensitizing spray, I think the pill is a better option. The spray might overnumb your dick such that you don't feel anything below. For the pill, you still feel the sensations but then you won't feel the urge to cum so quickly. Easier to perform the kegel squeeze also to hold back if really feel like coming.

Priligy can be bought over the counter in some pharmacies in BKK. Got 30mg and 60mg. The 60mg is stronger and might have a bit of the side effects (like slight dizziness or slight nausea) so best not to mix with a lot of alcohol. I find that if I'm drinking for the night then I will pop the 30mg if I'm getting some action. Great info ! Thank you! I took priligy last time as well actually and I do agree that it work really well for me. I could last so much longer. but it was pretty ex buying locally . Do you know roughly what’s the price in Bangkok? And any pharmacies that you would recommend to get from ?
I have not tried the spray and am worried that I would over numb it.

Can't remember what's the cost in BKK leaw. I get my stash from JB instead since I go over frequently. I think most small family owned pharmacies would sell them in BKK so you look around Google Maps for pharmacies

Thanks bro. Saw a little late but going Bangkok soon so will try it out . I bought sidegra and prilligy for my session and it works , was trying to find one that has both together. I would think pharmacy sells it ?
