If I remember correctly, it's R(A) not R21 ... A is supposedly for artistic ...

During the short spell where the cinemas especially Yangtze cinema filming porno disguised as artistic ... nothing artistic to see breasts being squeezed in movies like Robotrix, Holy Virgin versus Evil Dead ...

Actually cat iii is not just about showing 2 dots. It's more of the theme.

There's no nipple scene in the gigolo 2 also. The triad movie the election 1 & 2 also cat iii, don't remember theres any nude scene in it but I could be wrong. I remember Jackie Chan & Daniel wu, the one in Japan one also cat iii.

For the gigolo 2 i remember it being a waste of time cause no nude for the 2 lead actresses, I don't remember there's any nude for the extras also but do correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you are maybe correct, a film can be classified as Cat III too because it is very violent ... I don't know I am guessing only...
