I think the only way out is competition. Saw 1610 was quiet yesterday. Last Sunday, a busy renovation was ongoing. Not sure when it will open. If customers drop in the future, we might see changes there. Besides the time issue, it is still one of the best houses right now considering all the factors. (gfe, services, gal base, hardware, environment)
