Japanese in Japan also. They almost never used condoms. And they creampie almost everytime then take morning after pills. In fact most Asian countries don't wear condom by default (except in high risk HIV countries like Thailand and Philipinnes).

Phillipines for centuries oso dun wear condoms as the Catholic Church forbids it as against their religion.
It was only @ 10-15 yrs ago that they relented after the spike in STDs.

Even now often the lady will reply "up to you" when you ask whether to use condom..... most will go raw willingly if you dun want use condom.

There are people who only go for CBJ and no DFK. That's why those safe CBJ "this-cannot-that-cannot" houses still have business.

It's just different people seeing the world in different ways. Nothing about right or wrong. Some see it as black and white; some see different risk levels. sincere question....how would you know/judge if your regular WL (speaking of PRC) is allowing raw to all regulars ...after a number of visits to establish rapport?

Is this not a viable business approach for her? Within her own judgement of who is OK?

I always assume if I am getting it someone else also is getting it from the girl. 😂. And yes up to her in the end. The Malaysian before were more straight forward. 95% of their customers get about the same thing. The Chinese girls a little different. From my experience anyway. 👍

Why a viable business approach? Because if she raw the guy he will always come back? That's not a standard "rule" also for clients.
