What is the endgame?

All the above bros have good suggestion. Let me add a little something. I was fattest at 120kg, i'm now hovering around 85-88, sometimes....90, lol. It took me right around 4.5 years from fattest till today.

If you ask me what I do to get here, during a cut I'll count calories, weighing everything I eat like I have an eating disorder (think body builder). I still gym 5-6 times a week, try to sleep around 10pm and get up around 5am to gym before work. Strength training for around 1.5 hours each session, been doing it for around 3 years and still going strong.

Of course, you can do what I did but it's easy to talk hor? Start small, don't have to immediately run 5km everyday, don't have to only eat chicken breast and rice everyday. Start small, slowly develop a habit.

If today you decide you wanna walk for 10 minutes, that's a win. That's 10 more minutes than you did yesterday. If you look at a OCK curry puff and you think, maybe not today. Dinner is in 1.5 hours. That's 300+ calories saved. If you eat MCD and you decide not to upsize the meal, that's 100+ calories saved on the fries.

Slowly....just like how you didn't gain the weight overnight, you won't lose it overnight too. It's bloody daunting to try to do everything right all at once. Do what you can slowly.

Also, I think one of the best things you can do is replace your full sugar soda to zero sugar if you haven't already. You won't believe how much diet/zero soda I drink while on a cut to curb my appetite when I wanna snack. Of course, water is best lah, lol.

I think I might have accidentally KC an ml.

I know it’s usually the other way around and maybe it’s just the ml trying to use tactics to KC me. I don’t feel anything for her although I do like her. So I flirt with her a lot and I just thought it’s part of the game.

But recently she started saying things that seems to suggest she sees me as more than a customer. I don’t want to give her the wrong ideas or string her along but I want to continue to visit her as I like her services.

As long as you don’t have kc for her, they move on super fast
Have had many MLs got kc for me, when they accept I don’t have kc for them, they quickly show me their husbands, boyfriends, kids, families
That’s why I advise many bros to keep a transaction as a transaction
Sometimes you end up shocked when you know the more complete picture of their lives

The thing is she has just made it non transactional. She is those only HJ kind of ML. But she and I had sex in the heat of the moment. No charge. And I can’t insult her by asking how much, can I?

I know some guys will say I’m not her only one and that may be true but I’m quite certain that she is in general an only HJ girl.

I also know many ml have very messy pasts or lives. I know of one who has more ex-husbands than I have ex-girlfriends.
