Kampong Bahru ... the stretch of shophouses opposite the SGH carpark ... few steps away from the yi tau (fish head) law shop.

heard its a members only club, didn't actually go in & ask since I'm not interested in brown sugar.

i've been there before. I would recommend it if you're into minahs. It's always difficult finding KTVs with local girls and I think minahs are the closest you're gonna get to local girls in my very very limited experience. Any bros can correct me?

It is a little bit pricey though in terms of booze. But if you're a regular they do take care of you.

i passed by Kevins at least twice every week. imo, nothing great abt d gals. most r not SYTs, probly late 20s n above n nothing to shout abt their looks. some of them r quite plump n out of shape. occasionally u may spot a gem worth looking at. to put it not so nicely, they look to me like discards fr places like OT n PSC which custmrs demand higher stds. no offence to bros who frequent their darlings at Kevins.
