But I still paid her tips. But I only realised the transaction was declined after I got to MRT. I forgot her hp number already though, what to do in such a situation sia?

Mechanical and rushed means poor service and we won't go back again. But it shouldn't be used as an excuse or justified for not paying the agreed tips. Since in your case a sincere mechanical/transactional error has occurred, just go back to find the lady to pay her back and good karma will bless you and your kukubird for eternity.
