Im 21 and have a active sex life with my gf of 3 yrs...but it seems like when only recently when i do halfway..my bro become limp suddenly and my gf dink im not interested in her anyhow which is not truth...I am just wondering whether i got a problem or do all guys have the same problem?no problem when i DIY or watch porn or watever..

im so pah sieh.....can't mantain a errection...and im 21 yrs old onli

maybe you have too much on your mind, try to relax. keep your train of thought. have fun with your partner, communicate and i think things should go back to normal for you

Since you got no problem when DIY etc, I don't think it's a physical problem, it's more of a psychological one. Stress could be the major factor here. Excessive drinking and smoking will also contribute to it. Relax bro, try to focus your thoughts on those happy moments when you both were together. It's all in the mind. Having a healthy diet and regular exercise will help a lot.

Sometime got alot to do with enviroment, some like it in the morning.....in a nive quiet room or in the open air of a park or beach. Change your venue and maybe hv longer fore play.
I personally get very turn on by the sound the gals make and if I keep looking at them the faster I unload.

Stress and tiredness play an important factor.
Was there any changes in the enviroment around you? Promotion, downsizing, fear of commitment, all that can contribute.

Maybe you should try to spice up a bit. Get her to dress in some lingerie, or maybe have her dress up in something that you usually fantasise about. Or maybe you just need a short break?

Consider your options and maybe you could just have an extended foreplay and really get her worked up and over the edge then you need not worry so much when you are doing it. After she has had her orgasm you got no pressure mah..
