Smile, u r on candid camera(Desker)
Guys take note on Lianhe Zao Bao pg 7, now local authorities have installed a camera at desker/rowell road to catch the illegal vcd vendors but at the same time capturing the customers' images by default. The camera is located on one high pole.

Ha ha wrong move candid camera , might as well close desker road , maybe just a dummy camera .........
It will create more social problems , more molest case & rape because all the guys cannot release their urge . Is this what they mean by having a win win situation ! It's sucks big time .

Don't they know that there's such a thing called 'privacy'?
How come nobody voice out against this practice? If they're allowed to do this in the name of fighting crime, they might as well put a cam in every street/home.
