You circumcise too early ... you prick never got a chance to develop, so it stays at 4 inch max.

That's pretty good. Any medical info to back that up, or are you just blaming the circumcision for your 4" prick? Just kidding bro, don't get mad. But really, I don't believe that circumcision effects the eventual size of the penis.

On women's preference:
