I just moved into a rented flat at Tiong Bahru Orchid.
It is at the junction of Jalan Bukit Merah and Lower Delta Road.
It is a nice upgraded little HDB precinct with nice garden, food court, Singapore Turf Club betting station, hair salons, acupuncture shops, motorcycle shops etc.
I enjoy watching life going by from my front corridor.
One small newly opened shop opposite my Block strikes my attention: RED APPLE FOOT & BODY MASSAGE. It is at Block 107 next to the stair and an Interior Design shop, nicely decorated and clean.
It has 2 solid partitioned rooms on the left side. One room with a high massage bed and the other with a mattress on the carpeted raised floor. On the right side is a big sofa armchair with footrest for foot reflexology and Head/Shoulder massage service. At the back portion there is a big washing machine and dryer. A point to note is that with so little space there is still a shower room for clients to wash up before and after massage.
Another thing that strikes my attention is this lady who opens the shop in the morning around 10 and closes the shop around 11 at night. She looks good with curly long hair, tight red blouse and black wrap skirt.
She is a Malaysian girl call CRYSTAL. She is a super lady : she does the softer form of foot reflexology which is more comfortable and relaxing than the normal painful type. She also do head and shoulder massage, body massage with oil or finger press and needless to say the must have HJ, BJ, BM etc.
One great plus for this little Health Station is the cleanliness of its towers & bed sheets.
Crystal emphasized that she changes and washes the bed sheets & towels after every use.
I agree this is very important. Many TUINA shops operate by PRC gals recycle the bed sheets and towels for the whole day or a few days. Yiak.

I lived above the TN shop and do believe that maybe you are the guy helping in the Shop in so much details inside the shop. So far I dun saw any1 doing foot massage as i walked passed the shop 6X aday to work,send kids etc.For body massage maybe you can post the FR.Business was quite Bad for the shop.That area was NOT suppose to call Tiong Bahru Orchid, it should be 'Si kai teng-old bus terminal'.
Dun know who the CB put 1 new name made all the Taxi drivers BLUR....

from your corridor you can the set up of the TN in detail.
how many partition, how many beds. still got sofa and etc.
even to the extent of the name of the lady opening the door and
whether towel got wash or not.
your eye sight super siah.

OK lah, will PM you soon and SIAN liao lived here so long, almost 34yrs, too much memory to recall/compute from the changes of past to present especially the AYE & CTE area.Last time was lived in Blk 110 (rented) 11th floor.
