Sorry i'm still new with all the FLs and stuff. Abit scared to call them. What are the procedures ah? and normally how much is a room if they dun have room included?

Well TS.. Normally it depends on whether you are buying a 3, 4 or 5 room flat. I suggest you go to property.com to check out the prices..
