"hi xxxx you available today at 5"

Before she went to work she left a note "who is xxxx? An insurance agent?"

She knows who my agent is.

Sorry, can't really help, but whatever you tell her, make sure you can back it up. Else if she says she want to meet this person (e.g. insurance agent), you die! Also keep it simple.

By the way, can you be sure she did not copy down the number? If she did, and she calls the person to check your story...

Hmmm... you might have to call the FL and ask her to play along to your story.
