You guys missed one of the most important thing.

We guys are egoistic creatures, make sure you (girls) look good enough that we can bring you out to meet our friends without losing face.

And WHEN we bring you out, please know when to "shut up", the most embarassing thing we face is bringing a girl out and she goes on and on about how long it takes to set her hair, choose the shoes etc etc. We bring you out to meet our guy friends our buddy and guys do not give a shit about your hair and your dress and your frigging accessories. The ultimate worst thing you can do is embarass us with you nagging us infront of our friends.
