Kang Li @ Teck Chye Terrace is along Upper Serangoon Road, diagonally opposite Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre. In fact, there are 3-4 TNs here... some opened until quite late, midnight maybe?

this place after the few raids all the gals already run.
