hotel81 no longer offer transit to passport holder?

Yo bro here, quick question,

Does hotel81 no longer offer transit to passport holder? Was at the chinatown branch, people in front of me with 2 green work pass can get transit rate, but my ger with passport they say cannot, only got day rate.

The counter staff told me new ruling update, is this true ?

Yes. In fact many hotels don't accept passport holders for transit now.
Unless you are staying overnight...

I was told certain branches don't accept pp for transit. Those near residential don't. Those near town do. My experience was with Kovan (don't) and Lavender (do). That was a few weeks ago. An OKT was kind enough to call the branches for me when the Malaysian FL told him Kovan81 don't accept.
