It was reported today in The Straits Time (Pg 3) that a Doctor was jailed for 2 months for taking upskirt video of his colleague and unsuspecting shoppers.
With this conviction, his future is likely to be gone with the wind!

3 months also for taking upskirt clips.

Its really strange. He was from an elite secondary school, in JC he was a goody-two-shoes. And then gets caught for doing shit like this.

imo he is lucky to get 2 months only, he could be jailed up to a year if i am not wrong.

It is one thing for the girl to sit openly for all to see and you take a picture but another time altogether when you deliberately try to get a panty shot. Then again some one will probably say he suffering from mental illness (a most unlikely story).

Even the girl sits openly for us to see, I think it's an offence to take photo without her consent. What do you think?

Wan to know his biggest crime???!!!

It is for not posting online for every brothers to see.....hehhe...

BUT...think about it, whenever someone post online these videos, we always say nice and ask for more, and sway sway that guy kenna caught, does that makes us an instigator?

Not stereotyping but I kinda have the impression that the nerdy kind are usually the "WIERD" ones.

same feeling here i have a classmate when in poly ... very smart guy and sort of nerdy ... his collection of porn cannot be rival by anyone else that i know (well except some bro here in sbf lah)

Think it is still debateable. Last I recall not against the law to take pictures

However as her panties are involved best not to take the risk.

Cheap thrill comes with a dear price. It is more like a fetish for them, likewise many love the sight of upskirts but seeing is one thing, taking picture is another.

Ever thought that his acions could be an outlet and a cry for attention?.. like the first photo he took could be something as simple as a group outing which had a gal in a mini skirt, and this progressed to taking 'innocent shots' of gals walking on the street till what he actually got caught for. Each more daring photo gives him a thrill releasing endorphins and being hooked on that (like people who do streanous exercise), he cannot stop till the risk gets higher and till he gets caught! Its sort of a catch 22 situation.. thehigher the 'high' the higher the risk and teh chance of getting caught.. he may not realise the consequence, as each deed hightens his feeling of invulnerability. His 'collection' may also be a sort of throphy to compensate for his social inaptness (i.e if he can't be friends with the gal or too shy, the pics lets him keep a 'piece' of them that only he knows about).

Anyway, my 2 cents worth... i always like to figure out the other 'side' of the story. but i am in no way supporting his actions.. i totally condemn it.. but like there are many biographys of hitler and Saddam Hussein... sometimes wondering why is more interesting..
