Premature Ejaculation (Possible Remedy)

Hi Bros,

I have suffered from PE and tried using gambir sarawak but with no luck. While searching for some remedies online, I came across a topic about caffeine effects on PE. I am an avid coffee lover and drink at least 1 cup a day. I decided to change to decaf and after some weeks, I see an improvement when i go for hj massage and when i diy.

I have come to realise that if I force my dick to be really hard ("khek" in hokkein), a lot of blood seems to be flowing (penis looks dark red) and that is when my dick becomes really sensitive and thus ejaculate faster. On the contrary, when I try relaxing my penis while stroking it, I am hard (but not as hard as when I try to force it) my penis looks less red and I was able to last longer.

Reports have shown that caffeine helps ED as it increases blood flow to the penis keeping it erect. Therefore, for some ppl(like me), this increase blood flow to the penis may have caused PE.

I have not tried having raw sex, but only hj. Thus I can only share my hj and diy results as of now. Bros out there suffering from PE and drink lots of coffee or coke may want to give it a try. Share your results in this thread with others if it works or does not work for you.

I thought juagen helps? Too much coffee in theory is not good especially for bladder etc.....

I guess everyone's body is different. I have tried juagen from different masseurs but didn't had any effect on me.

Look into kegel/jelqs, if you don't train your muscles they won't work well.
It's rooted in arabic customs and can cement girth and length gains depending on the time you put in.

Jogging or some called it running, followed by some weights carry, it helps. Sex is all about stamina. A good sex partner helps u preserve your energy makes u last longer. A selfish partner only wants u to make them shiok n when u lost your focus, u ejaculate. Some women wants to be in control n at the same time wanted u to make them shiok. That is impossible, unless she engage a professional duck. Besides jog n weights carry, the partner u make out with, play an important role. U might think y am i having premature ejaculation n feel so tired n also frustration. While for other partner, u feel as though u r superman, making her juice dripping n u still can go a long way. The secret lies with the women. Get an experience ones makes both of u enjoy sex while a selfish ones will ended up u both being frustrated. That's a reason y men must not give the control to the women u love.

A bit of a double edge sword. Exercised my unit alot back then when was younger and was mostly done out of fear that performance would not be good. Now, usually rare for gals to get me to cum, must dictate the pace myself then can release.
Used to PCC close to the edge then hold back by squeezing and visualise it going back in. Worked damn well, had dry orgasms and when finally shoot, I was like Peter North.

If you're talking about kegeling, it's during non-sex hours e.g sit down at work/bathing. Strong kegels, gals can feel inside when you 'flex'

You have to find a routine that's convenient so you don't skip.

I don't really do this anymore since I'm finally comfortable with my own body, drawback is no more dry orgasms.
