HFJ sucking $ out of singers ?

Hi just want to find out how black the HFJs really are. The manager set unreasonable targets for the singers, failing which the singers will face a hefty fine. Below are what I have heard :

Must get customer to book one table and hang at least $200 flower every week. Failing which the singer will be fined $200.

Likewise weekly target of $1000 flower.

Also when it's their "performance night" target is $5000.

Late for work will be consider as buyout, penalized $800.

Beside this, the HFJ gets a cut of 30%-50% of all the flower earnings.

I think that is just part of the evil in HFJs.

Most of the girls are cheated to work in HFJs.... Please stop patronising and stop spending at these joints. Put a stop to all these nonsenses to protect silly inexperience CPF uncles, native youngsters and innocent girls from jumping into this living hell.

Seriously since government everything also want to take charge and control like banning citizens from drinking after 1030pm in public, forcing S11 and hawkers to stop selling beers by latest 11. Then why not also control this kind of entertainment. Isn't it the best way to prevent vice is to control vice?????

Bro, you should be more concerned of the joints and gals sucking $ out of patrons.
Big guns like my CEO can spend 5 figure per night, few nights a week.

But a lot people burst their banks to go there for people to suck up to them, boosting ego nia, every night must hear people say 大哥，老板，土豪，老大 etc.

This like the casinos are just 2 of the vices our govt allowed.
Just imagine how much rental these joints and "spas" contribute to the rental market monthly, if want to go hard and clamp down all these, a lot of shop house stretches will be like semi ghost town

Are singers under the MOM act since they are holding work permit ? How come they have to pay "ren tou fei" people head fee.

A singer who garners $5000 in flowers, 50% left $2500. Minus the head fee left $1800. Minus fail to hit target, left $800 !!! Minus rental left $300 !!!

$300 for one months work !! Is this right at all ???

6 months permit (pls correct if im wrong), agent will arrange for them.
so must pay agent fees, usually the joint and agent are linked or under same boss; so either they get kickback or pocket it themselves.

my friend whose a minor shareholder in a thai D tells me that they (the joint) are the agent, the joint takes a cut off ladies' drinks and flowers, then as agents they also take another cut, lastly; they rent apartments and sub-lease to these gals.
so the management squeeze them, they squeeze patrons.
that's why these days they are not satisfied with 1-2 shots at $12-15ea anymore, they want those $50 cocktails and not those $10-20 flowers anymore, min they want $50.

But the real killers are those chinese hang flower joints, many big bosses go there hang 5k, 10k, etc.

Even in thai D where the prices of flowers are lower, for those ang pai they can definitely get way much more than 5k/mth
some just say its their birthday, then supporters hang 1k? lol
or they just say its their last few days, then text all the supporters come to pay homage like going to loyang tua pek kong lol

but they forget after another 1-2 months the same gal will come back to sinkapore again lol
some even go the extra mile, go thailand, vietnam, china, etc to look for these gals bearing gifts and cash.
these gals just conveniently stagger the dates of these visits, every week also got someone come and pay tribute to them.
