not really atas lah if you compare boat quay pub prices to Boulevard, all around the same. but if you compare HDB estate then yup atas lah.

Toxic lab 2nd floor also not too bad.

Used to have 2 VERY busty ah lian waitresses but they have since left.

Don't know the quality there but the "manager" ah lian looks like a really likeable girl. Very approachable.

There is a famous pub , two outlets, in sg that opens damn early sells beer below cost, with ah Lian waitress and SYT patrons. Please Google. I won't ad for them
