yea thats what i think too. they need employment to stay on as work permit holder. convenient way to give allowance also. no hj so won't kena problem during raids.

There is one spa in bugis area, the receptionist will double up as ML when all other ML are working. Wah. the one at club street? brings back memories. haha. was their customer many years back. I know another spa whose recep became ML too. Have not tried as the location not convenient for me to recre.
