a few questions on STD

I visted GL in March 08 and had unprotected oral sex, protected intercourse.

Now, 3 months down the road. I'm having painless sores, patchy hair loss, rashes that are like dots/bumps , mild fever (these are syphilis symptoms) , diarrhea and cloudy urine (these two for HIV infection).

I've read on the web about how low risk is oral sex in transimitting HIV. But im assuming that they are referring to no sores in mouth and the one performing oral sex has HIV.

What are the chances if the previous cheongster has HIV and she gives him BBBJ ? I heard about saliva having an enzyme that inhibits the HIV virus.

im scared and have gone for a test in Australia and test results will only be out on friday ie a week from the day of blood taken.

im not so afraid of the syphilis as it can be completely cured. But i wonder if its possible to have HIV and syphilis at the same time.

any comments from bros here?

Its possible to have HIV and syphilis at the same time.
Actually you can go and get yourself checked for syphilis at DSC or which ever doctor. AfA's test site on saturday offers syphilis and HIV test.

okok..im now overseas...and took the test overseas. and we have to wait one week here. my symptoms have gone worse....ive developed more rashes, growling of stomache more often( diarrhea) and frequent bouts of tiredness.

How much do the drugs cost to prolong life of those HIV infected?

I'm seriously planning suicide.

there's still life after HIV lah, only a bit more difficult than other regular people.
Actually, did you consult a doctor regarding your sickness? assuming its not HIV and just a normal illness, it would be quite silly to wait so long when you can get treated for it.

but, already so much mental and emotional damage has been done to your self. Stop it and just relax. We're all going to die sooner and later. and each and everyone of us is scared shitless about how we going to go. If you really got aids, then you just got to know yours sooner. Still it doesn't mean you're going to die sooner then most of us.

I believe you do not have HIV. its more of your self created fear that makes you feverish and you are feeling worse and worse every moment. You would be perfectly fine after Friday. Your disease is curable so do not jump into any conclusion that you have infected HIV. Its just your imagination.

but it's hard when u have every symptom! my skin is getting dryer each day, im getting more bouts of tiredness, i have more shivers now.

i went to the melbourne sexual health centre reporting syphilis and the doctor says it probably isnt. he said it was scabies....but scabies doesnt produce the type of rash im having and diarrhea. the only std that has diarrhea as a symptom is acute HIV.

I have always been unlucky. All my friends having major bike accident survived and still able to lead normal life. for me, it wasnt as major as my friends, but my injuries were bad enough. plus a doctor's error and now im limping for the rest of my life.

now with this HIV think, unprotected oral sex has quite minimal risk...and yet if i kena...means im very very unlucky.

im now thinking if i shld head back to singapore first, let my family see me the last time b4 i go. but that wud be one month and a half later. i do not wish to endure all this...it's crazy.

should not be HIV. HIV effect very long term - that is why so dangerous, a lot of people walking around, don't know they have it for a long time. your reaction is too soon.

sound more like herpes to me. your fever - viral fever. sores etc. - all match herpes symptoms.

pay attention - still not good news!

but herpes is not fatal (unless you give it to someone next and she kills you for it).

herpes sores dont have to be on your genitals only. i think you dont know enough about herpes. there is even such a thing as asymptomatic herpes, which means you have herpes but no visible symptoms (these people will be the most dangerous carriers since they themselves dont know). it depends on how your immunse system works that leads to where the virus "attacks". actually herpes is the "god" of STD viruses, if you read up about it it is damn smart virus. it is never curable, so once you have it, the attacks can come any time, any where, depending on how the virus fighting with your immune system win or lose at that time.

HIV test detects the antibodies to the HIV, why must test 3 months later down the road is because the effect is so slow (you test immediately you get nothing, you test 3 months down to see if antibodies, and then you test again 6 months down to confirm) but i never heard of HIV lead to AIDS so fast. maybe i am wrong and you are really have it. but you can also have more than one STD at the same time, plus non STD diarrhea. you change environment from sing to aus, all the bacteria/environment germs all different, maybe your body not use to it so get sick.

just wait until the results come out then you know for sure, no point you spend day and night worry worry worry.

and you know how stupid is if you kill yourself now and then the test you wait for come out negative?

actually i think singapore got one case in the news, right, some hawker assistant hang himself because he think he catch aids in geylang, but then the test result actually negative?

there is little thing at the end of the condom for your sperm to go, you are supposed to pull the condom all the way. if the condom really break, it break for different reason, not this. you can fill up condom with water until like big big balloon, the sperm you shoot out cannot break the condom by "pressure"

if you put the condom on very loose i think even more riskier, like that condom can easy come off inside, like that very jia lat
