I have a serious question for all of you guys who have experienced with a LB / TS, etc.

You won't have regrets, its another screw. Just that if its a pre-op, its like doing anal to a girl, im sure you wun screw a manly LB anyway. If its post-op, i would rather go for a real girl at least they give better sensation and have natural lube.
